Our meat comes from Blackwell Hadden, a rare breeds farmer in Essex and McKanna of Theobolds Road. Vegetables from Lenards of Covent Garden and Cheese from Neals Yard. Fish from Ben's Fish is delivered every evening. Sayell Foods provide our Spanish goods.
Organic items often appear on the menus and chutneys, jams, ice creams and sorbets are all made in our kitchen.
